PNMSA has been approached to support a few maintenance requests from the PreSchool committee. A quick review of the “To Do” list has quite a range, some simple, some will need the MornPen Shire involvement and approval. We took on a few of the jobs that could be done over the January school holidays, exercising recycling at its best!!
2 lengths of recycled timber from the Rye Pier extension came in handy to replace rotting timber at the school. Requests for repairs to 2 areas sorted!
One member donated some paving slabs that were used to link the back play areas with the school buildings. Being 600mm x 600mm they made a very good link between the areas.
We had a set of styled posts at the Stringer Reserve building. They have been redeployed at the entrance to the school, giving them a “barrier” between the entry gate and direct access to the car park. Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron provided some marine rope to finish the setup.
